After the Initial Accreditation of the Pediatric Dentistry Center (PDC) was awarded last March 2016, one year provisional accreditation valid until March 31, 2017 was awarded to the Pediatric Dentistry Center (PDC) after it was evaluated by the PBPD Progam Accreditation Committee (PAC) last February 2016. As of now, the PDC is the only training program seeking accreditation for its 2-year Pediatric Dentistry training program. Other training programs in Pediatric Dentistry are encouraged to have their training program accredited by the PBPD PAC so that their graduates will be recognized as Pediatric Dentistry specialists in the Philippines.
